General Questions

What age and weight is the carrier suitable for?

Our carriers are designed to be used from 9 months or when your child can fully support their neck and can sit up. The carrier is designed to grow with your child and can hold children up to 20kgs. We have tested the carrier with children up to 30kgs.

Can I use it on either shoulder?

The carrier can be used across both, right and left shoulder.

Can I travel with it?

Absolutely , thats exactly why we made it. The carrier is light weight and compact making it easy to take on flights, pack into your nappy bag or store it in your car boot. The carrier is the perfect solution instead of a pram when your child just wants to be held.

Does it replace a pram?

Not entirely, our carrier is designed as a convenient alternative for outings, travel, or moments when your child wants to be held. Its ideal when a pram isnt practical. Some kids want to see the world being held by you and sometimes a prams cant be taken to busy areas

Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

We know how it feels to want your order soon so if you order before 12pm weekdays we will dispatch the same day. The time it takes to receive your order depends on your location and if there are any delays.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia. We do hope to ship internationally in the near future.

Can I return or exchange my carrier?

You can return your carrier for change of mind or a full refund as long as the carrier is in the original packaging, and the tags are still attached.

What colours do you have?

We currently stock Black, Cocoa, and Forrest green. We are working on expanding our range.

Product Care

Is the carrier machine washable?

We recommend to hand wash your carrier in cold water with like colours. Lay flat to dry in shade.

How should I store it?

Your Wonda Kids carrier comes in its own black wet bag. You can store it in you nappy bag, the boot of your car or hang it up with your hand bags.

Fit & Comfort

Will it fit me if I’m taller or broader?

Yes, the carrier should fit if you are taller or have broader shoulders. If you have any problems please reach out.

Is it comfortable for long carries?

Its designed to distribute the weight across your body. The carrier can be worn for long periods of time and changed to the opposite side. The padded shoulder support makes it comfortable for your back and shoulders.

Can both parents use the same carrier?

Yes, they sure can. We love how easy it is to adjust for each wearer.

Is it suitable for people with back pain?

Absolutely. It eases the load on your back and hips everytime you carry your child. Its great for grandparents and anyone who has a disability or low mobility in their arms.
