We accept returns up to 30 days of receiving your carrier, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wondakids.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We will send you a notification email once your return has been received and inspected. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
